Refund Policy:

Although, we do not accept returns, we hope to communicate and review issues on your case. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damage, defective or a wrong item was sent. If there is any issues or not satisfied with your order, please email us at roxyyygems@yahoo.com wishing 7 days of arrival & we will get back to you ASAP. 

Shipping Policy:

Items that are handmade (handmade item in the description) may take longer to ship due to having more time to create order. All orders will be shipped within 2-7 days of purchase. If unforeseen issues with material availability that could delay shipment will be communicated to buyers as soon as we become aware. Delivery is expected within 1-5 business days depending on your location. However, delays may occur that is not our responsibility.



Buyer will receive tracking via email that was associated with the order. 

Please, be aware that once the package is dropped off at the post office it it is no longer Roxyyy Gems responsibility for the package. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, reach out to your local post office with the tracking number. To avoid any conflict, please be sure to double check your home address before ordering.

CLOSED SAT-SUN. Items purchased Friday-Sun will be mailed out the following week.
